Calocurb Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) Policy

Effective Immediately

This Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) Policy is established by Calocurb Limited (“Calocurb”) to protect the brand’s integrity, support healthy competition among authorized resellers, and ensure consistent pricing across all advertising platforms.

This Policy applies to all resellers, distributors, and partners (“Resellers”) authorized to market or sell Calocurb products in the United States. By advertising or selling Calocurb products, Resellers agree to comply with the following terms.

Minimum Advertised Price (MAP)

1.1. The MAP for each Calocurb product is listed in the official MAP Schedule (Annex 1).

1.2. Resellers must not advertise Calocurb products at prices below the stated MAP.

1.3. Calocurb may update MAP pricing at any time with written notice to resellers.

Scope of Policy

2.1. This Policy applies to all public-facing advertising, including but not limited to:

  • Websites and e-commerce listings
  • Paid search ads and display ads
  • Email marketing and newsletters
  • Social media promotions
  • Printed materials (flyers, posters, catalogs)
  • In-store signage visible to the public

2.2. In-store price discussions and checkout prices are not covered by this Policy unless advertised.

Third-Party Platform Restrictions

3.1. Resellers may not list or advertise Calocurb products on third-party marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, eBay, Walmart Marketplace) without prior written approval from Calocurb.

3.2. Unauthorized listings will be treated as MAP violations.

Promotional Pricing and Bundling

4.1. Resellers may not advertise free or discounted products in connection with Calocurb products if it effectively reduces the advertised price below MAP.

4.2. Discounts applied via coupon code or in-cart pricing are permitted, provided the reduced price is not visible before checkout.

4.3. Temporary promotional MAP adjustments may be authorized by Calocurb in writing and must be followed exactly.

Advertising Standards

5.1. The following advertising practices are prohibited:

  • Strike-through pricing below MAP
  • “Lowest price” or “price match” claims
  • “Call for price” or similar language if the price is below MAP

5.2. All pricing statements must be truthful and non-misleading.

Enforcement and Violations

6.1. Calocurb reserves the right to investigate suspected violations and will enforce this Policy at its sole discretion.

6.2. Violation consequences may include:

  • First violation: Written warning
  • Second violation: Temporary suspension of reseller status
  • Third violation: Termination of reseller relationship and delisting

6.3. Calocurb may cancel orders or refuse supply if a reseller is non-compliant.

Policy Administration

7.1. This MAP Policy is unilaterally imposed by Calocurb and does not constitute an agreement with any reseller.

7.2. Resellers are free to determine their actual resale prices independently.

7.3. No employee or representative of Calocurb is authorized to modify or negotiate the terms of this Policy.
